Although our construction background goes much deeper, our first construction business was incorporated in Oregon in 1995. Quality and detail oriented construction are the roots of our success.

Over the past 25 years we have completed hundreds of remodels, additions, home restoration, and new construction with hundreds of satisfied and repeat clients.

We have a deep understanding of the importance of getting the project done correctly and providing a realistic schedule so the job is done in a timely manner. The client comes first and we strive for successful results, with no unfinished detail.

Along with residential, we also provide small commercial construction and remodeling.

Before Lorana started working with our Central Oregon Company, she worked for 5 years with a large development company, Tennant Developments, in their home building division, “Craftsman Homes”. Her responsibilities were, subcontractor scheduling, budgeting, and interior design for more than 40 homes per year.

Bill started in construction in 1988, working in concrete foundation, framing, roofing, and then finish carpentry. After starting his own construction company in 1995, Bill steadily grew the company, most recently completing between 45 and 60 projects per year.
